GENERAL SHIPPING

Tube dresses are screen printed in small batches. Dresses in stock usually ship in 1-2 business days, unless a ship date is noted on the product description. Any out of stock colors will be available after our next print run. 

Sunglasses are ready to ship and sent out in 1-2 business days.

Items are hand-produced by our small team in order of purchase date. Please note shipping speed at checkout is estimated delivery after production and processing. If we have a number of items to produce ahead of yours, production time may take longer - therefore we ask customers to please allow up to 14 business days for orders to be shipped.

If you need an item by a certain date, please email admin@annabolinaofficial.com to guarantee delivery by that time before placing your order. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided by you during check out. After we ship your order, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages but will do what we can to ensure you are satisfied by sending you a replacement or issuing you store credit on a case by case basis.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All items are shipped from New York, New York, USA. Please note that shipping rates outside of the USA are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. Each country has different rules regarding customs and import fees so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. Cost also depend on value and category of goods and shipping service selected at check out. Therefore, you may not always be required to pay extra fees but please be aware that they may apply in your country. We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided. If you do not pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, we cannot refund your order.
